Thank you for shopping with ZENAUURA. We strive to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Specialized Items: Please note that certain handcrafted or energized items may require an additional 2-3 business days for preparation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ZENAUURA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
While we take extreme care in packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy. You must contact us at support@zenauura.com within 30 days of receipt with photo/video proof of damage to be eligible for a replacement.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
