A Journey of Returning to Myself
For a long time, I lived the life I was "supposed" to live. I was a professional, a wife, and a mother. But in the process of choosing everyone else, I slowly disappeared. I believed love meant sacrifice and strength meant silence.
Eventually, the life I was holding together began to break me. Inside my marriage, respect and safety were replaced by control and fear. On the outside, I looked fine; inside, I was empty.
The Turning Point
When I finally chose to walk away, I had nothing—no job, no clarity, and no identity. I moved back to my parents' home with my son, exhausted and in the depths of depression.
But in that emptiness, I found my turning point. Through the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and the study of energy work, I realized that spirituality isn't about rituals—it’s about awareness. I began the hard work of releasing years of suppressed fear, guilt, and grief. As my energy changed, my life responded.

I rebuilt myself—emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Today, I stand with dignity, taking responsibility for my life, my son, and my parents.
